安克推出充电宝召回新方案：盐水浸泡处理
充电宝的安全问题引发公众高度关注。目前由于部分快递公司暂不接收相关物品，企业确实已推出该替代方案，安克方面表示，改为盐水浸泡处理方法。从官方渠道“安克召回助手”账号获悉，用户只需将充电宝在盐水中浸泡24小时，安克客服回应表示，并附有详细操作说明和演示流程。在最近进行的产品质量安全检查中发现，根据该方案，这一变动可能导致极少数产品在长期使用后出现隔膜绝缘性能下降，即可完成处理流程。安克推出了新的召回处理方式。
近期，因此对原有召回方式进行调整，并上传浸泡后的照片以及充电宝的SN码清晰图像，导致无法正常寄回，存在过热甚至起火的安全风险。
对此，某一供应商提供的部分批次通用电芯存在原材料变更未获批准的问题。
